This Privacy Policy explains how Socram Solutions LLC ("Socram," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use HaulMetric websites, applications, and related services (the "Service"). HaulMetric is owned and operated by Socram Solutions LLC.

  • Account and contact details (name, phone, email, company/DOT identifiers, role).
  • Operational data you enter or upload (jobs, tickets, documents, invoices, settlement markers, and related records).
  • Billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical data such as device type, browser, IP address, and usage logs needed to secure and operate the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve HaulMetric.
  • Authenticate users, manage organizations, and send service communications.
  • Process subscriptions and usage-based charges.
  • Detect abuse, secure accounts, and comply with law.
  • Respond to support requests submitted through our contact form.

3. Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting, authentication, email, analytics, and payment processing), when required by law, or with your direction (for example when your organization invites users or shares job data within your workflow). We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Organization admins may control certain operational records within the product.

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may update account details in the product where available, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal and operational limits (for example records your organization must keep for compliance).

7. Children

HaulMetric is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
