These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HaulMetric websites, applications, and related services (the "Service"). HaulMetric is owned and operated by Socram Solutions LLC ("Socram," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

HaulMetric provides software for dump truck and hauling operations, including dispatching, job and ticket management, fleet tools, settlement records, and related billing features for logistics businesses. We provide software tools and records; we do not certify carriers, move freight, or process carrier-to-customer haul payments on your behalf unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, unpaid fees, or violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) according to the plan you select. Prices, allowances, and overages shown in the product or on our marketing site apply unless we agree otherwise in writing. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, upload unlawful content, or use HaulMetric in violation of applicable law (including transportation and employment rules that apply to your business).

5. Your data

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data as needed to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socram disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socram Solutions LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
